Eligibility
The contest is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore residents.
Submission Process
a. Upload up to Five (5) photos on Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #ndp2023withTamron.
b. In the photo caption, indicate the brand and type of camera lens used.
c. Follow Tamron Singapore on Instagram (@tamron_singapore) and Facebook (@tamronDistributorSG and @tamronphotokaki). Ensure your social media accounts are set to public.
d. Maximum of Five (5) pictures from the same individual.
e. Duplicates of another person’s submission will be disqualified.
f. Submissions received after the specified date or through other means will not be eligible for the contest.
Judging Process
A panel of judges appointed by Tamron Singapore will review all submissions.
The judging criteria include relevance to the National Day Singapore 2023 theme, creativity and originality, technical skill, and overall impression.
The judges’ decision will be final and binding.

Maximum of 5 photos from the same individual or duplicates of another person’s submission will be disqualified. e. Submissions received after the specified date or through other means will not be eligible for the contest.

- Prizes: a. The prizes for the Contest are as follows:

- Disqualification and Re-selection: a. CLES Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the terms and conditions or has submitted invalid or incorrect information. b. In the event of disqualification, CLES Distribution Pte Ltd may select another winner at its own discretion.
- Contest Changes and Termination: a. CLES Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter or terminate the Contest at its own discretion.
- Ownership and Rights: a. By participating in the Contest, participants grant Tamron Singapore and CLES Distribution Pte Ltd the right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online and offline marketing materials, social media platforms, and website publications. b. Participants acknowledge that they are the rightful owners of the submitted photos and hold the necessary rights to grant permission for their use as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- Participant Responsibility: a. Participants are solely responsible for the content they submit and ensure that it does not violate any intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any other applicable laws or regulations. b. Participants shall indemnify and hold Tamron Singapore and CLES Distribution Pte Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Contest or the use of their submitted content.
- Privacy: a. Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting winners. Participant information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and Tamron Singapore’s privacy policy.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
